At Perry Ellis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label and print it directly from your browser or email confirmation.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized USPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
